The 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Development and Digital Transformation (SDDT 2026) will be held in Guangzhou, China from May 29 to 31, 2026. Building on the success of its inaugural edition, the conference continues to address global sustainable development challenges and the transformative potential of digital technologies amid growing climate urgency, resource constraints, and social inequity.
SDDT 2026 will further deepen the dialogue around digital innovation as a catalyst for achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a strengthened focus on scalable solutions and measurable impact. Unlike the first conference, SDDT 2026 will place special emphasis on integrated digital ecosystems—including AI, blockchain, and IoT—and their practical applications in green manufacturing, smart cities, circular economy, and equitable governance.
This edition will also feature an expanded program structure with themed tracks for industry-specific solutions, policy roundtables with global governance bodies, and innovation showcases highlighting real-world cases from emerging economies. Participants can expect enhanced opportunities for cross-sector collaboration, with dedicated sessions for startup pitches, public-private partnership building, and SDG-focused investment roundtables.
We welcome experts, leaders, and change-makers from academia, industry, government, and NGOs to join us in Guangzhou—a hub of technology and sustainability in South China—to co-create actionable strategies and accelerate progress toward a resilient, inclusive, and intelligent future.
